WAKA investigates the latest problem for Toyota -- reports of Prius vehicles in which the brake suddenly operates when motorists hit a bump or drive over rough ground. The vehicles have not been recalled as Toyota investigates. This is just the latest woe for the auto manufacturer. Toyota recently recalled more than 2 million vehicles for "sticky gas pedals" and 5 million other vehicles in which they say faulty floor mats may entrap the gas pedal, both defects leading to unintended acceleration. However, attorneys investigating claims of sudden unintended acceleration say the problem is more likely linked to the vehicles' electronic control systems.
